In 1956 the Spanish company Osborne instructs the designer Manolo Prieto to develop an advertising campaign for its brandy Veterano. Successful design, making the Osborne bull important and placed in stategic location on the spanish roads.
In 1988 advertising on roads is prohibited and obliged to remove all hurdles. An unprecedented popular movement causes the Supreme Court decreed the "pardon" to Toro de Osborne by the undeniable social, cultural and artistic interest of the fence del Toro.

Curently, the Osborne bull is internationally recognized and certainly the most recognized Spanish symbol in the world.
